• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing or allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.

VK8Bet accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, and bank transfer for deposits. Please keep the following rules in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. Amounts below this minimum will not be accepted.
• Maximum Daily Deposit: Varies by membership tier. For standard members, the limit is ৳50,000.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.

VK8Bet has a clear policy on withdrawing winnings. Please follow the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Processing Time: Typically 5–15 minutes. Guaranteed to complete within 48 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required for large withdrawals made for the first time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• A maximum of three withdrawal requests can be made within the same week. Different limits apply for VIP members.

If you wish to cancel a withdrawal request, you must contact support before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

VK8Bet's bonus offers are attractive, but each comes with specific terms. It's worth knowing the following before claiming any bonus:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Bonuses are for personal betting use only. VK8Bet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns made using bonus funds.
• VK8Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on VK8Bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended for undetermined reasons, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, VK8Bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• VK8Bet is not liable for any bets lost due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• Odds are updated in real-time. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.

For accumulator or parlay bets, if one event is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining bet will stand — the entire bet will not be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VK8Bet. Violations will result in serious consequences:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Exploiting bonus or promotion terms to gain unfair profits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or tamper with any software or systems on the platform.
• Betting via automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Collecting personal information from or harassing other members.

For security and legal compliance purposes, VK8Bet reserves the right to verify the identity of members in certain circumstances. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

• National ID (NID) or passport – photos of both sides required.
• Proof of current address – utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership – screenshot showing your registered Mobile Pay or Nagad number.

Withdrawals of large amounts may be held until KYC is completed. KYC is typically required for a first major payout (৳50,000+) or in cases of suspicious activity.

VK8Bet believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a source of problems. Our Responsible Gaming policy is in place to protect our members:

• Betting Limits: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily (1 week to 6 months) or permanently exclude yourself.
• Cooling-Off Period: A 24-hour break option is available for use at any time.
• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be subject to immediate action.
